Nutrition is the core of a healthy life, diet is what nourishes us
form within to let us remain active for years and years. Growth, repair, and
metabolism are the essential errands our body performs every day and for this,
it needs to be backed with a balanced and nutritious diet which can help the
body cope with all the issues. Nutrition in the food we
eat is utilized by our body to fulfill all the deficiencies and is the major
constituent of the supply chain.
· Macronutrients are
nutrients our body utilizes in a large quality, this includes protein, carbs,
and fats. These are energy giving food. Though there are macronutrients that
don’t give energy and these are water, fibers.
· Micronutrients are
nutrients our body utilizes in small quality, this includes minerals,
potassium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, and such other electrolytes.
Wherein, poor nutrition can affect the immunity and make you
susceptible to fatal disease to affect your growth and development, a
nutritious diet can contribute to the well-formulated physique to let you
remain active for long.
Now the questions come is, what food to have and what not? What we
usually do is we intake only one type of food providing only one or two types
of nutrients and especially crabs. Rather, what we should do is, take plenty of
different foods to get different nutrients even in small amounts. For instance,
carb can only let you remain active for day-to-day activity but protein would
facilitate your growth to let you remain active for the whole life.
What your diet should look like:
· Cut off on
trans-fats and saturated fat, alcohol intake, sugar, and alcohol
· Add on greens and
whole-grain products to your life especially spinach, French beans, etc.
· Food from animals
is rich in nutrition, switch to
meats, fish, etc.
· Increased intake of
water and fiber-rich food can keep the skin soft.
